E1 TOWER
This landmark project is set to become the tallest tower in Iraq, featuring 50 floors. The two basement levels accommodate parking, storage, and technical areas, while the ground floor includes shops, residential entrances, and services. Four podium levels provide additional parking, and the fifth floor features a gym, swimming pool, and restaurant. The remaining 40 residential floors contain 400 apartment units, offering a modern urban living experience.
